Songbird Yoga offers yoga that just makes you feel better. Leave behind notions of being ‘good’ enough, ‘strong’ enough, ‘capable’ enough and walk into a warm, welcoming space for some feel good yoga. Come to class and simply begin where you are, knowing that there is no right or wrong way for the body to look, feel or move. Reconnect with yourself and leave feeling better.

We offer lots of choices in the class, ensuring that you feel comfortable in class.
